This Sunday, we’re wrapping up the Asian premiere of ‘Chopin,’ a show that producer Shim, paper-mug theatre, and I have taken from London and Edinburgh all the way to Seoul and Busan.
It’s been quite the adventure!.But we’re not stopping here. We’ve got another exciting project coming up in June 2023 – our second English-Korean collaboration.
We’ll have a director from London and British actors working together with an awesome Korean team. We can’t wait to see how everyone reacts to the new production!.This first joint effort celebrates 140 years of friendship between Korea and the UK, and we hope it brings some fresh energy to the local theatre scene, which has been facing challenges..A big shout-out to everyone who made this show possible, cast, creative team, the British Council Korea, and of course, our amazing audience who were the half of the show.
